Good hotel with great free Wi-Fi, a cute bar area, and helpful staff. I recall them assisting me with an insect bite during my first stay. I recommend trying the indoor swimming pool. I'm coming back for Easter!

Lovely quiet and well priced place, I greatly enjoyed pleasant personnel.
The pool was great, excellant breakfasts. It was in a great location with Riviera International Centre nearby. And the area was stunning, right by the restaurant for dinner, the Kents Cavern, and a taxi to get to the Kents Cavern.

The breakfast with runny fried eggs and well warmed plates, as example is particularly nice for what is offered.

I almost gave a good review, but the breakfast was a complete letdown, hardly filling at all. And to move rooms was just cruel and unnecessary. Had to practically live out of a suitcase! A touch of luxury woudl ve been nice when checking in as well, but no, just like any other average guest. Disgraceful!

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, but
The dining experience could use improvement. The food options were a bit limited, leading to some dissatisfaction among guests. My stay was pleasant, and the room was comfortable, but better meal variety would enhance the experience.

I've seen better, but worse too
The view from our room was amazing! Staff were so warm. The swimming pool was a nice touch for evening relaxation.
Food quality left much to be desired, with several disappointing meals throughout our stay. Breakfast wasn't sufficient, feeling more like a snack than a meal.

The staff were genuinely warm, and the hotel's proximity to the stunning coast was a highlight. The pool was enjoyable, ideal for evening relaxation. The limited range of public toilets and a few service delays at breakfast were disappointing.

The hotel has a fine conservatory area and a ballroom. I enjoyed a singing comedian on a Friday night.
The overall condition of the hotel is rather tired, with rooms showing signs of neglect like cracked toilet seats and weak water flow in the shower. The dining area becomes overwhelmingly hot due to constant heating, which may not be comfortable. Breakfast portions felt child-sized, barely satisfying for those with a hearty appetite. It's also inconvenient that breakfast is scheduled exactly at 08:30, and if you're a minute late, you're treated like a school kid-quite the restricted vibe. I encountered issues with rust in the bathroom and an uncomfortable toilet. It's quite a jumble of hits and misses, and my first room wasn't ready at check-in, forcing a move the next day along with the hassle of lugging all my stuff around.

Free Wi-Fi was great. Luggage storage helped us a lot. Room floors squeaked loudly.
